My vote will be NO on this years budget. I cannot in good conscious vote for something that shows no fiscal restraint. My constituents are very are wise and have learned to live within their means. They have struggled through four years of economic downturn and truly understand that we do not have a revenue problem we have a spending problem. They also wish government would understand that you can't spend what you don't have and must be prepared for the future with a reserve. As has been said many times the best social program ever created is called a "job" not a handout.
